Looking through the clothes and shoes I have for summer, I noticed something missing. A cute pair of black sandals. The only pair of black sandals I have for summer, are a pair of black Old Navy flip-flops. While these are super comfy, they just don’t cut it when it comes to style :). So I was on a mission to find a pair before I went to Aruba. I went to DSW first. I saw a pair of really cute sandals my girlfriend had gotten there, so I was trying to find the same ones. Shopping at the DSW on my side of town, I could not find them. I did find a different pair for $39.95, and I also had a $10 off $25 coupon. I ended up purchasing them, just in case I did not find any I liked some place else. Anyone else do this? Purchase something that you aren’t in love with, because you may not find something elsewhere (my husband doesn’t understand)? Anyway, I will be returning those shoes to DSW sometime, because I found a pair I liked more at Kohl’s. The best part was the price. Kohl’s had a 20% off coupon over the weekend, as well as I had $10 Kohl’s cash to spend. The sandals were on sale for $24.99, I used the coupon and my Kohl’s cash, so I ended up paying $12.83 total. I think I got an amazing deal! I can’t wait to pair these with some new clothes I bought, as well as with some oldies I know they will go great with.
I find them to be cuter if you tie them around the back of your ankle.
